A History of Great Craft Beers

Our craft beer selection changes with the seasons, but we do our darndest to keep pouring the following mainstays:

3 Floyds Robert the Bruce – Munster, IN

Founders Centennial IPA – Grand Rapids, MI

Dark, Rich, and Sexy. Chocolate malts and four varieties of hops make this a very full flavored ale.

New Holland Farmhouse Hatter – Belgian Style Funky Farmhouse IPA

Fermentation character from Belgian-born yeast, envelopes bright hop character with a spicy, tart farmhouse funk.

Lagunitas Zephyr – California Common (Steam Beer)

Zephyr, the new collaborative brew from Lagunitas, the Publican, and Big Star. Brewed in the historic steam beer tradition (without refrigeration).

Two Brothers Ebels Weiss – Warrenville, IL

With nice, malty sweetness and a soft aroma of clove, vanilla and banana, this German-style hefe weizen is unfiltered for a glowing orange hue.

BridgePort KingPin – Portland, OR

Full-flavored, red-colored ale that uses a rarely-grown Willamette Valley Hop varietal known as Liberty Hops from fourth generation hop farmer John Annen of Annen Bros. Farm in Silverton, Oregon. Jeff and his team of brewers also used rye and caramel malt leading to a unique flavor profile; triple-hopped for bitter aroma and a unique dry-hopped character.

Pilsner brewed with dedication to craftmanship that is signature of its proven heritage. Trumer Pils’ aromatic nose, vigorous carbonation, and dry finish will satisfy the most demanding palate. Goose Island Marisol – Chicago, IL

Chef Collaboration Series. Brewed with Top Chef Masters Chef Rick Bayless of Frontera Grill. A Belgian Style Golden Ale. The beer is brewed with Citra and Crystal hops then fermeneted with our house Belgian Ale yeast strain. Spices are added during fermentation including green tea, green coriander, orange, grapefruit, and lime peel.

Bell’s Oktoberfest – Kalamazoo, MI

A coppery amber lager that showcases a full bodied, malty flavor that is balanced by a refreshing bitterness derived from fine noble hops.

Bear Republic Apex – Healdsburg, CA

This experimental IPA allows our brewing staff to play and search for that ever elusive new hop blend and balance. Our brewers are eternally searching for the perfect Apex.

Victory Golden Monkey – Downingtown, PA

Enchanting and enlightening, this golden, frothy ale boasts an intriguing herbal aroma, warming alcohol esters on the tongue and light, but firm body to finish. Exotic spices add subtle notes to both the aroma and flavor. Strong, sensual and satisfying.

Bud Light – St. Louis, MO

Introduced nationally in 1982, Bud Light is brewed with a malt and hops ratio different from Budweiser for a distinctively crisp taste with fewer calories.
